Paul Scott has more than 23 years of venture capital experience in the areas of turnaround management and fund administration. Mr. Scott was formerly the CFO and Administrative Partner for Windward Ventures. Prior to the company being acquired in 2008, Mr. Scott served as a director of AdvancedMD Software, a private company headquartered in Utah. Previous to Windward Ventures, Mr. Scott was an independent consultant providing interim senior management to venture funded companies. Earlier, he was President and CEO of VSI Enterprises, Inc., a public company headquartered in Atlanta. He began his career with Wells Fargo Bank and Sears Bank. Mr. Scott has a BA from Ithaca College and a MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
